- All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving goods.  No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
- To authorize returns, please use the form on Shipping Info page. 
- Please order 3 weeks before desired shipping date.
- Prices may be subject to change (ie: due to currency exchange).
- Prices in wholesale section do not include shipping.  Shipping costs will be arranged with our sales rep. after your purchase.

Instructions on Wholesale Purchases:
Buying grinders from this page will permit you to pay by credit.  The grinders shown below are listed as assorted.  Therefore, your order will involve a bulk purchase of assorted grinders.  Please contact us prior to your on-line purchase by sending us an e-mail of your exact order.  Example, if you are ordering 100 grinders let us know the amount of each type ie: 33 Smiley, 33 Glow and 34 8ball.

After contacting us, you may choose your Discount Level below by clicking the Add to Cart button corresponding to the amount of grinders you wish to purchase.  Example, if you want to buy 100 grinders your purchase price will be GRASS202 1.60lb/grinder, therefore click on the Add to Cart button below the 100 - 499 heading.  Please be sure that you enter 100 for quantity on the next page and click the update button.
