Orders are shipped through Purolator, UPS ground service or Canada Post Office within 24 hours. Delivery time will be up to 3  weeks for US and Canadian residents, however most customers receive their order within 1 week.   Additional shipping charges will be applied to second day and overnight requests.  International shipping and delivery times are calculated per order, unless otherwise specified.

All Prices include $6.00USD shipping and any applicable taxes for North America.  States & Provinces on East and West Coast of North America AND countries outside of North America  should email us sales@herbystwist.com with your shipping address to receive additional shipping cost.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Herby's Twist^TM Inc. accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Paypal.  Herby's Twist^TM Inc. also accepts money orders and certified checks in both Canadian and US funds. 

We use PayPal to authorize our credit orders. All information is transferred through an encrypted and secure connection.  Payment on your next credit card statement  will appear as Herby'sTwist (PayPal).

Herby's Twist^TM Inc. collects GST taxes in Ontario, and GST in the rest of Canada (unless otherwise specified).  Our US and International customers pay no sales tax, however duty and customs charges may apply on some purchases entering your country.  We request that International customers send us an email request to obtain shipping price information and anticipated delivery time. 


PRIVACY POLICY
Herby's Twist^TM Inc. guarantees that all information obtained from our customers will not be distributed or sold to a third party.  Only PayPal will have access to your credit card information. Our priority is to ensure a secure environment for our customers.


EXCHANGE & RETURNS
In the case of damaged goods, you may request a refund or an exchange for another item. Herby's Twist^TM Inc. will refund all shipping costs for damaged goods or incorrect items that you have received.  Shipping costs on returned items for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer. Items may be returned within 30 days from the time they are shipped for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final. 

Return all items in their original box and packaging materials when possible. Please use a standard shipping service.  Herby's Twist^TM Inc. does not accept C.O.D.'s for returns.
